Gam3Escape Code of Conduct

All players, spectators, customers, and visitors are expected to conduct themselves in a way that ensures that everyone has an enjoyable, fun, and safe experience. Conduct that does not follow these guidelines or causes anyone else to not want to participate, observe, shop, or be at Gam3Escape will not be allowed.  Put fun first, welcome everyone, respect your play environment, and follow the rules.

Gam3Escape reserves the right to ask anyone to leave at any time and may at our sole discretion prohibit you from future events should you violate any portion of the Code of Conduct.

All players are expected to conduct themselves in a fair, honest, and respectful manner.  Sometimes games are competitive in nature but good sportsmanship is always expected.  Bullying, harassment, intimidation, cheating, and/or any other type of negative behavior will not be tolerated.

Other Gam3Escape Store Policies

No Loitering or Soliciting.

Children 12 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

Youth under the age of 18 must comply with all curfew hours.  (Children under the age of 16 cannot be in a public place without adult supervision between the hours of 10:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m.)

All tabs must be cleared at the end of the day.

We do not accept checks or money orders.

Minimum charge on debit/credit cards:  $10.00.

Return Policy

All sales are final.  We will not accept the return of any used or open merchandise.  If merchandise is defective please contact the item's manufacturer for replacement information.

Additional Items

Participation in our events may result in your photograph being taken.  Gam3Escape reserves the right to use these photos for promotion on Gam3Escape's website, social media, and literature. Some game companies also require photographs of our events for Organized Play support. They may use those images in their marketing efforts as well. By participating in our events you are agreeing to let your image be used as described above. If you have a concern about this policy please speak to a staff member.
